About me

I am passionate about Massage and find that using professional techniques has excellent benefits. Massage can relieve short-term pain, improve blood flow, and ease stress related to pain caused either by sitting or exercising.

I am a fully qualified sports massage therapist. I practise bespoke deep tissue massage, reaching the connective tissues and muscles on a deeper level; I also do a relaxing Swedish-style massage with a gentler approach to relieve stress and tension.

Diet

To maximize muscle recovery, I advise you to drink plenty of water before and after your massage. Drinking water aid’s hydration of your muscles and joints, relieving tension.

Water also thins the blood and transports nutrients and oxygen through the body so the body can heal more efficiently, aiding a speedy recovery.
